One point -maintaining your position within the Google rankings depends upon you continually updating your web content - Google loves to see web sites and/or content regularly updated. - The best scenario is if you can update your own web site or have access to your own CMS system which constantly changes. - make no mistake  - this can be a full-time job! It is worth doing because Google laps it up!

This site is currently 14th out of 106 million pages in the UK for the search term Top of Google.

This site is also 38th out of over 1.5 Billion web pages throughout the whole of the web.

I am working on it being number 1 but the search term Top Of Google is highly competitive.
